This is an American set made by Bandai America. They were sold exclusively in vending machines in Toys R US. There were 3 sets made each picking up the number where the last left ended. All the sets have Metallic silver or gold foil in the logo. Part 1 had 6 prism stickers as the first 6 cards, Part 2 had Foils as the first 6 and Part 3 had foils randomly through out the set. Part 2 is one of my personal favorites sets. It has very nicely colored pics, no flashy backgrounds or borders, and has many great images of the 4 Generals and Mamoru. The Prizms stickers from part 1 are especially hard to find since many kids stuck them on things. Also note that in Part 1 some of the cards were manufactured without the metallic foil over the logo by accident so the Sailor moon on the logo is black. These cards are a little rarer then the ones with foil (see pic).
