This is my own custom OOAK Sailor moon Pullip doll. I am thinking of making another to sell. Isn't she cute! I had planned to create all the scouts as Pullips but the dolls got too expensive and hard to get. So for now I just dress up the other ones as scouts but don't change their paint or hair.
